Because I'm going to dig a giant hole in the table top to accept the lazy Susan, I'm adding this thickener to the underside of the table top. I have also carved out a nice pocket for the steel ring that connects the legs to the top. #furnituremaker #customtable #diningtable #madeinnz #nz

I merged a few ideas into one object here, I wanted to make a jewellery "box" for my wife's birthday but with the challenge of no box! Finished up this wall hung vanity today. Shop sawn oak veneer with infrared LED light switch hidden the veneer. Push open drawers with dovetailed strong backs to help keep the fronts flat and a classic polyurethane finish. Now I just have to wait for the house it's going in, to be finished....
